Mark replaced several missing ridge cap shingles, and nailed down several other shingles after the 2024-2025 winter. I asked another contractor to look at the roof and he insisted I needed a new roof (my existing roof is 14 years old) at a cost of 12K.
Mark did the work, (he was also able to match the shingles to the existing roof ) at a cost of under $250 |
