Boat Dock Information

In keeping with the policy established last year, all boat slip rentals at our Marsh Hill site will, once again, be "season-long". If you are interested in this site, please contact Tom or Jonni Hunt at 301-387-5241.

Transient (short term) rental opportunities will exist at our McHenry Cove site, where we have 2 rental slips available $150.00 weekly, $60.00 weekend $30.00 a day and PWC docks, $60.00 weekly, 20.00 weekend and $10.00 a day.

Boat slips or PWC slips must be reserved in advance, on a first come first served basis. Please note the Property Managers will no longer be taking reservations after business hours (4:00 PM) on Friday.

Below is a Reservation Request Form, which can be completed and returned to Tom & Jonni Hunt to request transient space on a short-term basis. Please note that all reservation requests must be returned along with full payment. Reservation requests submitted without payment will be returned.

Reservations will be confirmed on a first-come basis (using the postmarked date on your envelope) and subject to available space. If your request for a "season-long" rental cannot be met this year, your check will be promptly returned and you will be placed on a wait list for future availability. Also, if you might be interested in a season-long reservation in the future, please drop an e-mail to SBS, Inc.at scrollbiz@comcast.net indicating such and you will be added to that wait list.

To submit a reservation for our transient (short tern) slips, click here ( Boat Slip Reservation Form) to get form, print and complete the appropriate information, and send it, along with full payment, to the address provided on the form.

For your convenience, calendars have been provided below which show reservations that have already been secured for the two rental slips located at McHenry Cove. If the date is marked out in red no slips are available. If the date is marked out in blue one slip is available.

Please note the Personal Water Craft reservation calendars are after the regular boat slip calendars.
