The Villages of Wisp is a 135-unit townhome complex located in the Allegheny Mountains of Western Maryland at Deep Creek Lake. Each unit offers ski-in / ski-out access to Wisp Ski Slopes, Maryland's only snow skiing resort, lake access with ten permanent boat slips, as well as two day-use slips at the Villages of Wisp private park, McHenry Cove.
This site will provide Villages of Wisp Homeowners with up-to-date information concerning their neighborhood and current issues. It will also provide immediate access to VOW documents, including Rules and Regulations for the complex as well as for Architectural Changes, Procedures for Submitting Applications for Architectural Changes, Exterior Paint Specifications, Boat Dock Information and Reservation Form, Newsletters, and Announcements. It is our hope that this site will aid VOW Homeowners who are unable to utilize their townhome as often as they would like by keeping them "in touch" with their "home away from home". It will be updated on a regular basis and your suggestions are most welcome.
